I find the surgery is busy enough to make it an unpleasant experience to visit if you are feeling vulnerable. As well I am unfamiliar with the internal layout enough that I need assistance to find rooms and this is often greeted with impatience by receptionist staff. Sometimes receptionists tell me to use a machine to book in. Whilst simpler for them this has been delivered quite grumpily, without thought that I haven't a clue how such machines work nor that I might need to ask for something other than simply booking in. However some of the receptionists are very helpful.
The doctor never being the same I personally find very difficult. The fact that only a few familiarise themselves with my notes is frustrating. I am constantly being asked by doctors for my input into my care, however I do feel that often I am being asked because I have to be included. I don't actually feel that my input is a valuable part of the orocess. In short I don't feel included.
As well I would like to know why the surgery has taken to ringing my house phone in the early hours of the morning. If this was because I have been depressed and so from your perspective disappeared from your view then I would be raving on about the fantastic quality of your service. Especially given that my mental health condition can make it hard for me to access services. However its not. There is never anyone on the line. It has become really annoying.
On the plus side you can usually make an appointment without too much trouble and you do answer the telephone when I ring.
Excellent. Friendly staff who took the time to listen to me without feeling rushed. Able to get an appointment the same day and I was seen on time. This was only my first visit as a new patient but I was impressed. Thank you!
anyone who did not keep these appointment you must charge € 10.00 each time .
Nothing except the car park is all the time full.
Friendly and considerate treatment.
